Iz hotela Cinema
dolazim do centra Seula
Naglo otkrivam
na uglu ulice
u gužvi
gdje ne mogu ni hodati
djevojku što leži na putu
Pazim da te ne zgazim

Plače mi se
Gledajući prema dolje, podižem te
24 sata dnevno
bilo koji muškarac može te pozvati
Nalaze li zadovoljstvo na tvom tijelu?
Dosežu li bol duboko u tebi?
Njihova požuda uništava naš svijet
Bol mi leži u srcu
i razmišljam o mojim kćerkama kod kuće
One sada rade u kancelarijama
ili se smiju sa svojim ljubavnicima
ili srećno spavaju u toplom krevetu
A ti?

Ti ležiš ovdje na putu
golog tijela
preko telefonskog broja za 24-satni seks
svako te može zgaziti
Zamagljena si suzama mojih očiju
Savijam koljena do poda
i dižem te
Duvam prašinu s tebe
Duvam breme i bol ovog materijalnog svijeta

To je to!
Oči širom otvorene, oči zatvorene
Na seulskom uglu ulice
djevojka leži na putu
Opadajući list u jesen
List maše vjetru na nebu
Djevojka po pozivu maše meni dolje na ulici

Gledajući prema gore vidim crveni list kako maše vjetru
Gledajući prema dolje vidim djevojku u crvenom topu kako maše mom umu, mom srcu…
Savijam se,
savijam,
nebo se savija do pakla…

From the Cinema hotel
I come to downtown Seoul
Suddenly I find
On a street corner
In the crowded region
Where I can’t walk
The girl lying on the road
I care not to step on you

I want to cry
Looking down and pick you up
24 hours a day
Any man can call you
Do they find joy on your body?
Do they reach the pain deep inside you?
Their lust destroys our world
The pain is lying in my heart
And I think of my daughters at home
They are now working in their office
Or smiling with their lovers
Or sleeping happily in the warm bed at home
What about you?

You are lying here on the road
by bare body
by a hotline number for 24-hour sex
anyone can step on you
blurred by tears from my eyes
I bend my knees on the road
And pick you up
Blow the dust from you
Blow the burden and pain from this material world

That’ it!
Eyes wide open, eyes closed shut
On a Seoul street corner
The girl lying on the road
A falling leaf in Autumn
The leaf waves to the wind in the sky
The call girl waves to me down on the road

Looking up I see the red leaf waving to the wind
Looking down I see the call girl in a red top waving to my mind, my heart…
I bend down
bend down,
heaven bends down to hell…

Vietnam – my country had a long history in war. But in 50 years up to now, we have lived in peace. But we still have a big struggle in our minds on how to live in peace with each other, how not to cause pain to each other and our Mother Nature by our greed and fool. My solution is that each people should upgrade his (her) level of understanding himself or herself and the other, the world, upgrade his (her) art of living in the school of life. We should spread poetry widely by publishing books, composing music from poetry, recitations, poetry festivals, holding poetry contests like this contest of Mili Dueli to give opportunities for each soul to sing and unite in the One, the Whole. Poetry is the Way for us to come to the Land of Love and Light.
