	Something special about you!	Vasileios Flamburaris was born in Athens in 1973. He is a medical anesthesiologist at the Sismanoglio Hospital of Athens and poet too. In 2017, his first poetry collection Erotic skirts was released. Since then he has maintained an active presence in the intellect and in contemporary intellectual activity. He has participated in many poetry anthologies and has been awarded for his work. He is a regular member of the Society of Greek Writers and a member of the Greek Society of Medical Writers. His wife is the famous children’s author : Vesela Flamburari( Bulgaria). 	What do you think is the main problem of peace in your country? Suggest solutions to us, and how to bring and preserve peace in your country with poetry?	The main problem is the migration. Countries should promote stability, education and employment opportunities and reduce the drivers of forced migration, including by promoting resilience, thereby enabling individuals to make the choice between staying or migrating. The collection, analysis and use of credible data and information on, among other things, demographics, cross-border movements, internal displacement, diasporas, labor markets, seasonal trends, education and health is essential to create policies based on facts, that weighs the benefits and risks of migration. Regional cooperation, can help minimize the negative consequences of migration and preserve its integrity. It can also contribute to regional and global development goals by improving human capital through sustainable development and ensuring longer-term economic growth. We can: Smile to people no matter whether they are indifferent, angry, or unhappy. A smile can melt even the coldest hea Forgive people and take them as they are. Take their religions, races, and personal differences. Forgive their mistakes and wrong doing . Respect every living thing. Everybody wants to be happy and treated with respect. Never support violence. Stand up for those who are weaker. Enjoy what you have now, enjoy every moment of your life. Do not amass negative memories and emotions. Do not try to predict and plan your future. You never know what will happen tomorrow. Thus, enjoy the present. Host art/music/poetry events with the theme of peace. Poetry is great at asking questions, at destabilizing and making us look things in a different way, incorporating a diversity of voices of ways of thinking. That’s what poetry is for. So it’s a very powerful medium for diverse voices to speak and for other people to then listen to those voices. Poetry is so important because it helps us understand and appreciate the world around us. Poetry’s strength lies in its ability to shed a “sideways” light on the world, so the truth sneaks up on you. No question about it. Poetry teaches us how to live.

Pomalo glasna, pomalo tiha i ritmična a ponekad samo tužna zbog izgubljene ljubavi koja puzi po zemlji kao gladna kiša. I večeras pada kiša. Svoj kišobran sam uzela i pošla da plešem da osjetim njen miris, taj užitak na mom tijelu. Mokra joj ruka zarovi u moje tijelo i jeza prođe mojom kožom… a lokvanj mi dođe kao dar kiše. I večeras pada kiša. Nostalgičan je to put ka kaldrmi kojeg osvijetle tvoje oči, a orosi tvoj parfem. Mamac na usnama te duge kiše zaostaje da me odsjajem zaslijepi, pa i sad preturam po sebi da ne dozvolim kiši da te iz mojih snova istopi. Άλλοτε δυνατό ,άλλοτε σιγανό και ρυθμικό κι άλλοτε μοιρολόι για τον χαμένο έρωτα που σέρνεται στο χώμα σαν η βροχή πεινά. Βρέχει κι απόψε Πήρα την ομπρέλα μου μαζί της να χορέψω το άρωμά της να γευτώ, την ηδονή στο σώμα. Μουσκεμένο το χάδι της ναυαγεί στο κορμί μου ρίγη ανατριχίλας μου κεντούν τα κόκαλα κι ένα νούφαρο το δώρο της βροχής μου. Βρέχει κι απόψε Προορισμός νοσταλγικός μέσα στα καλντερίμια αστροφεγγιά τα μάτια σου, πάχνη το άρωμά σου. Δέλεαρ στα χείλη της μακρόσυρτης βροχής θαμπώνει το αντιφέγγισμα, ψαχουλεύω συρτά μην τύχει και η βροχή σε λιώσει απ’ τα όνειρά μου.
	Something special about you!	Είμαι εκπαιδευτικός Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης στον Πειραιά και συγκεκριμένα Νηπιαγωγός. Διδάσκω και σε ενήλικες σε ΔΙΕΚ, στο τμήμα Βοηθών Βρεφονηπιοκόμων. Αγαπώ τα παιδιά, τα ζώα, τη φύση. Ο σεβασμός σε αυτά είναι πολύ σημαντικός καθώς το μέλλον και η ευζωία μας καθορίζεται από το πως συμπεριφερόμαστε εμείς οι άνθρωποι, τόσο μεταξύ μας όσο και στο περιβάλλον μας. Επίσης, η ενσυναίσθηση είναι πολύ σημαντική, να αγαπάμε τον συνάνθρωπό μας, να προσφέρουμε όσο και ό,τι μπορούμε, να κατανοούμε συμπεριφορές, να συζητάμε. Λατρεύω το διάβασμα, κάθε είδους βιβλίου. Ένας υπεύθυνος άνθρωπος και πολίτης πρέπει να είναι ενημερωμένος για ότι συμβαίνει στο σπίτι μας, που είναι ο πλανήτης μας. Γράφω και ποίηση και πεζογραφία αλλά και παιδική λογοτεχνία. Οι εκπαιδευτικοί με καλούν στα σχολεία τους να παρουσιάσω παραμύθια μου. Επίσης, με καλούν και σε σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης των εκπαιδευτικών.

Οι Έλληνες είναι ειρηνικός λαός και πάντα προσπαθούν να βρίσκουν λύσεις σε προβλήματα γεωπολιτικά που παρουσιάζονται με τις γειτονικές χώρες. Με το διάλογο και την επικοινωνία αρκετά προβλήματα αντιμετωπίζονται. Το κυριότερο πρόβλημα θεωρώ ότι είναι το μεταναστευτικό και το προσφυγικό καθώς η χώρα είναι ένα πέρασμα σε μια καλύτερη ζωή που έχουν δικαίωμα αυτοί οι άνθρωποι. Προσπαθούμε όσο μπορούμε και με τα μέσα που διαθέτουμε να τους βοηθάμε, σε καταλύματα, σε τρόφιμα, σε ένδυση και πολλές φορές σε επαγγελματική αποκατάσταση. Εν τούτοις, η χώρα μας από το 2010 και με τα συνεχή μνημόνια αντιμετωπίζει και οικονομικό πρόβλημα, που αυτό διαφαίνεται και στην υγεία και στην εκπαίδευση, αλλά και στην οικονομία μας. Πολλά ποιήματά μου μιλούν για την αναγκαιότητα της ειρήνης, της αγάπης στον συνάνθρωπο, τους πρόσφυγες και την ψυχική, κοινωνική, οικονομική αφαίμαξή τους. Επίσης, έχουμε πολλές φυσικές καταστροφές τα τελευταία χρόνια. Φωτιές, πλημμύρες, καταστροφή περιουσίας των συνανθρώπων μου. Χρειάζεται μια αφύπνιση και πολλές φορές τα ποιήματα, η γραφή τονίζει αυτά τα προβλήματα και μπορεί να προβληματιστούν έτσι οι άνθρωποι και να φωτιστούν οι πολιτικοί για το τι χρειάζεται ένας λαός πραγματικά και πώς μπορεί να αντιμετωπίσει τις δυσκολίες του.

	Something special about you!	My name is Angeliki Zevgolati. Iam a medical doctor, a psychologist and psychotherapist. I am a mother of two children. I live and work in Thessaloniki, Greece. My hobby is working as a volunteer for saving animals. Something unusual about me is that I dont have favourite things ( colours, food etc), because I love every single existing thing. Something interesting about me is the way I write, because I turn medical practice into poetry.
	What do you think is the main problem of peace in your country? Suggest solutions to us, and how to bring and preserve peace in your country with poetry?	The main problem of peace in Greece is that we have lost our inner peace and balance. The quick pace of life doesnt help in this direction.A solution would be the right use of social media that all Greeks use in excess. I mean that through media we, the poets of all the world, have to spread poetry and love excessively. Show that we support each other. Show, throughout our words, the right rythm and direction of thinking. Sensitize population. Mili Dueli works on this direction and puts a lot of people in the logic of reading and spreading poetry, although they have never read poetry before. Thats the reason I participate and I thank you all very much. I will refer to international bibliography and inform all of us that poetry enforces the autobiographical memory and is good for the brain ( better comprehension, better problem solving, less anxiety, more inner peace) and further more for the society, as neurologists and neuropsychologists conclude (Liverpool, 2015)

Your biography
I was born in Sweden and dreaming of becoming a painter. At my early childhood I started writing some lyrics. later on I studied English literature and during my studies I discovered the famous American and British poets. Painting and poetry became my favourite activities. I work as an English teacher and International Journalust of Fijet. What makes my poetry different is love and faith to life. My poems are full of optimistic messages influenced by my multicultural background and travels to all over the world!

POSLJEDNJE OD HOMERA

Danas počinje doba zvano jesen.

Kako je lišće počelo padati
a ja starac
i moje su misli počele padati
a volio bih jednom razgovarati
jeseni – o jeseni.

Ne nastavlja se ništa odavde…

Napušten sam, jedno za drugim,
poput Svijeta
velikih halucinacija Postanka
metafore…
alegorije…
simbola…

U Grčku se vraćaju sa životom
i ostavljaju me sa smrću u Troji.

Zato se krećem iza njih
da napokon vidim jedan čist dan
dovodeći tako priču do kraja
i s klasičnom dikcijom tražeći mjeru sreće
jer je sreća božanski uzrok
čak i na svom početku.

Ali bojim se
šta je to za moderne kritičare budućnosti
kojima
jesen može stići
kao vječni mrak
moje riječi jeseni – o jeseni
kao da se nisu ni dogodile
ili možda uvrštene u poglavlje
Ilijade ili Odiseje
i stoga je bolje ako… i dalje budem rastao.

Today the season called autumn begins.

As the leaves began to fall
and me an Old Man
my thoughts also began to fall
and I would like to speak this once
to autumn — about autumn.

It doesnt continue on from here…

I am abandoned, one after the other,
like the World
by the Grand hallucinations of Genesis
the metaphors…
the allegories…
the symbols…

They return to Greece with life
and leave me with death in Troy.

That is why I move along behind them
to see at long last one clean day
bringing thus this Epic to a definitive close
and with Classical diction find a measure of happiness
because Happiness is the Divine Cause
even for its own Beginning.

But Im afraid
that for the Modern critics of the Future
to whom
autumn may arrive
as eternal dark
my words about autumn — to autumn
as if nothing was going on
might then be incorporated into a chapter
of the Iliad or the Odyssey
and thus its better if… I grow still.

Biography
The greek poet ILIAS FOUKIS , was born on 20 August 1969 in Epirus in northwestern Greece. Began to write poetry since 1988 when he was student in the Lyceum. Published volume of poetry THE TESTAMENT OF A LESSER GOD , which has been translated into ten languages including English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.. Has won literary awards – OSCAR DE DOS OURO VENCEDORES, Brazil 2012 – , MASSIMO D’AZEGLIO, Italy, 2012, 2013 ,HER MAJESTY THE QUALITY AWARD 2013
Heraldry order for Parliamentary and Commanders of Brazil – CITA DEL GALATEO, Italy in 2013. His poem titled YOUNG GREEK SOLITARY was included in Poetry Anthology – U.S. Library of Congress. Works and lives in Athens.

I have been writing poetry and literature since I have been eight years old. I like reading a lot.I won the first prize in poetry in Greece’s 2019 competition against bullying.
